CALIFORNIA BUSINESS MINUTE Drunkest Cities 03-19-10
Hi, I am Tim Johnson and welcome to the California Business Minute
If you looking to tie one on, California and Texas apparently are the states to be as many cities are ranked as the ‘drunkest cities’ in the nation.
Men's Health magazine ranked 100 major U.S. cities in terms of sobriety. Men’s Health compiled statistics based on death rates from alcoholic liver disease, alcohol-involved car crashes, frequency of binge-drinking in the past month, number of DWI arrests, and severity of DWI penalties.
The following list the Top Ten Drunkest Cities for 2010.
1. Fresno 2. Reno 3. Billings 4. Riverside 5. Austin 6. St. Louis 7. San Antonio 8. Lubbock 9. Tucson 10. Bakersfield
