Hi, I am Tim Johnson and welcome to the California Business Minute.

According to the most recent Home Data Index, 24 percent of the 50 major
metropolitan markets showed signs of stabilization in 2011 while others
jumped dramatically higher or lower by the Truckee-based Clear Capital.

Clear Capital identified the following 12 Markets that are projected to
grow by 3 percent or more in 2012. One city in California, Bakersfield
made the Top 10.
