Hi, I am Tim Johnson and welcome to the California Business Minute.
The website, Ladders.com a $100,00 k plus job search site has release a list
of the Top Ten Cities in the Nation, for $100,000 a year jobs.
The examination analyzed job activity across the top 20 metro area and identified
the markets with the most favorable rate of job seekers to $100,000 job postings.
Additionally, the examination concentrated in certain sectors, such as finance,
information, high tech, healthcare, biopharma, engineering aerospace and defense.
California fared well in this examination as three of the Top Ten cities are from
the Golden State.
1. Washington DC
2. San Francisco
3. Boston
4. Seattle
5. San Diego
6. Sacramento
7. New York
8. Philadelphia
9. Houston
10. Chicago
Strangely, not on the list Los Angeles. San Jose and Oakland.
