Hi, I am Tim Johnson and welcome to the California Business Minute.
What do San Diego, Los Angeles, and Oakland have in common besides being cities
in the Golden State? Apparently based upon a recent ranking commissioned by
Forbes magazine that was completed by Harris Interactive, they are three of the
Top Ten ‘Coolest’ Cities in the Nation.
Harris Interactive conducted an exclusive poll for Forbes, asking more than 2,104
adults from across the country which of the 40 largest metropolitan areas were the
“coolest." Rankings included a count of the number of restaurants, bars and clubs;
museums, theaters, stadiums and arenas; and galleries and concert venues.
